"There has been a lot of bad press about psychics recently and Terry is concerned that giants of the Spirit world such as Derek Acorah, Joe Power and Psychic Sally Morgan are being targeted by skeptics, cynics and, well, frankly, bastards.

Terry confirms that his Spirit Guide Garry, the spectre of a deceased 18th century pirate, often meets with Psychic Sally's Spirit Guide Dodger, the spectre of a deceased 16th century water vole, who has developed the amazing powers of a Spirit Guide in the afterlife. Therefore, via Garry and Dodger Terry Strange knows a lot about Sally.

For instance Morgan alleges that she had her first psychic experiences aged nine months, and saw her first ghost aged 4. Later, she turned what she saw as a psychic talent into a career as a professional medium. Terry Strange confirms he had his first psychic experience aged eight months when he caught the ghost of Garry, his Scouse Pirate Spirit Guide pissing in his toy box. A caller said, "The first half of the show went really well but when the second half started we could clearly hear a man's voice coming from the window behind us. Everything he said, the psychic would say 10 seconds later. It was as if she was having the information relayed to her." Sally Morgan responded to The Guardian's report on her web site denying the involvement of all Grand Canal Theatre employees and stating that her head microphone was a one-way device.

My Psychic Feud With Yvette Fielding Part Two

The Story So Far:

I, Terry Strange, voted 18th most popular celebrity paranormal detective in the world, had been invited to join the TV presenters on Most Haunted. I would be working alongside Derek Acorah (genuine psychic powers) and Yvette Fielding (ex-Blue Peter, probably not genuine psychic powers, screams a lot) and the Other Bloke Who Says He Is A Skeptic. However due to an administrative oversight on my part (I should've seen that coming aha ha ha ha) I had mislaid the letter from the producer asking me to be #1 Psychic on the show and was kept back in the small crowd of general public gathered excitedly round the Most Haunted truck.

Now, from what I remember this was in Doncaster. Or was it County Durham? So many years have rolled by and still my psychic feud with Fielding continues. She really bears a grudge that girl!

I had established that the late 'slap and tickle hows your father' comedian Benny Hill was her spirit guide though I could tell that Fielding didn't know this. If she did she would surely have gone on and on at length about it on the program. My own spirit guide Garry said Benny Hill was still spending his time chasing large groups of half-naked lady ghosts around a park in the afterlife and was probably too busy to psychically get in touch with Fielding in the usual supernatural way that spirit guides do.

In that case then why was Fielding always going on about 'asking ghosts to show themselves' and/or squealing at the slightest sound? Yes, she is a girl, but she must surely be making it up if her actual spirit guide was busy running around after lady ghosts and not assisting her.

I once more fought my way thru the crowd to the security guard, no mean feat when one is wearing a long cape covered in moons and stars and a viking helmet. I asked to speak directly with Derek Acorah, as we are personal friends (well, technically my spirit guide Garry is friends with Derek's spirit guide Sam). The security guard said the program was about to start filming and Derek was 'tuning his aura using transcendental meditation'.
I used my own psychic abilties to discern that Derek was actually sat on the bog in the Most Haunted truck, having a crafty fag and reading The Sun, lingering over page 3.

It was at that point that Fielding stepped down from the Most Haunted truck (to about three cheers from the Acorah-worshippers) and saw me in the crowd

"Terry Strange" she said, in her loud squeaky voice and looked directly at me "Guard, seize him!"

I knew then that things were going to take a turn for the worse (in Part Three)

My Psychic Feud With Yvette Fielding From Most Haunted

Many people will only know Yvette Fielding from the time she had a denim jacket and a mullet on Blue Peter.

However, apart from a celebrity edition of Come Dine With Me, her career did not end there.

No, for some time Yvette Fielding also pretended to be 'medium-ish' or 'medium-esque' on Most Haunted, TV's popular Derek Acorah vehicle, until he was unfortunately sacked.

It was during the 'Acorah Years' as we in the Psychic Community Of Golden Spirits call them in which I, Terry Strange, paranormal detective and spiritual genius came into conflict with Yvette Fielding.

Although Fielding does not know it, she has a Guardian Angel called Baz and her spirit guide is none other than the late comedian Benny Hill.

I sensed this immediately many years ago, when I, Terry Strange, journeyed to see Most Haunted Live to offer my own mighty talents in assisting these amateurs (apart from Derek) in their quest to hunt ghosts.

I had been asked to join the Most Haunted TV team by their producer at the time, however due to a psychic attack by a Satanic demon I had accidentally put the invitation letter in the recycling bin the week before and was unable to produce it to the large man on security duty. His mind was closed to the ways of the psychic -  meaning I was unable to influence him with my awesomely brilliant hypnotic powers of the Third Mind.

It was at this point Yvette Fielding appeared from the Most Haunted trailer, to the screams of the general public gathered around the security fence. I was jostled by the middle aged women around me and immediately was able to see a rotund little man following Fielding out of the truck wearing a beret and doing a strange salute, though nobody else could.

My own spirit guide Garry confirmed that this was Yvette Fielding's spirit guide, the late mildly pornographic comedian, Benny Hill.  Benny Hill's spirit had actually been watching Fielding taking a shower in the Most Haunted truck moments before, and was quite excited.


I knew then that Yvette Fielding was in a whole universe of psychic trouble

This article is reprinted from the fanzine 'Psychics Uk' and was conducted by Brenda Phillips, secretary of The Terry Strange Fanclub 'It's A Strange World'.


"I journeyed to Terry's beautiful semi-detached home in Merseyside to interview him and get to know the real Terry Strange! I know many of you 'Strangies' want to get to know what makes him tick, but as ever, our favourite psychic is hard to pin down!

Brenda Phillips (BP): 'Terry, obviously the first thing people always want to know is - how did you find your spirit guide, Garry?'

Terry Strange (TS): 'I'm glad you asked that Brenda. I did not find Garry so much as he found me! And if I could just clarify that its Garry with 'two r's' not one, Garry gets very cross if you mis-spell his name, then objects start rattling and flying around the room Garry is a pirate from Merseyside who was hanged in 1758 for a crime he didn't commit. We first met when I was 7. He appeared in my room and said my Guardian Angel, Boris, had sent him to help me find my way into the Strange World Of The Spirit. This came as no surprise as I had seen angels and phantoms since I was a baby. I communicated telepathically with my Guardian Angel Boris before I could speak.

BP: So you've always been psychic?

TS: Yes, when I was 3 I had a friend, a green pixie called Polecat Hubbins, who lived at the bottom of the garden

BP: An imaginary friend?

TS: No, he is real. He follows me around. I am friends with all the fairy folk, although I have been engaged in actual deadly physical combat with a werewolf, a vampire, a sasquatch and a yeti. Not all at the same time though! Thats a story for another day!

BP: Where did you get the name 'The Ghost-Fighter'?

TS: Garry tells me all 'satanic' or 'dark' phantoms are terrified of me, evil spirits and so on. I am brilliant at doing exorcisms. That is why I am now personal friends with Michael Jackson, Elvis, Amy Winehouse and Rod Hull. They know that if they are threatened by a phantom or menaced by a ghoul in the afterlife I can call on the full array of my awesome psychic abilities to defeat the wicked ghosts.

BP: Wow! I didn't realise you are personal friends with those celebrities!! Tell us more, when did you become friends with Michael Jackson, Terry?

TS:  I remember the first time I 'connected' with Michael Jackson well, I was in HMV looking to buy the new Michael Bolton CD and for some reason I couldn't find any in the CD racks. I felt the usual warm feeling I get when I connect to the spirit world, and a high-pitched voice whispered to me "ABC, easy as 1-2-3" and then I realised that this was Michael Jackson telling me that Michael Bolton's CDs were in 'B' and not 'M' where I had been looking-his psychic advice really helped. I often unwind with music to blot out the whispers of the dead in my mind and am a big fan of Michael Bolton, Michael Buble and Phil Collins. As much as I love Michael Jackson I wish those three were dead so I could be friends with them too! Luckily Michael Jackson wasn't upset that I wasn't buying any of his CDs either! But really apart from Off The Wall and Thriller why would I? And I got those both for a pound each off a car boot sale in Birkenhead some years ago.

BP: So you and Michael Jackson became friends after that?.

TS: Yes, he is recording a new album in the spirit world called 'Afterlife'. Garry, my spirit guide, said Michael calls me his 'manager' and actually it was on my advice that Michael did the seance with Derek Acorah which you can still watch on Youtube. If you are highly spiritual like me you may have also seen Michael moonwalking at his Tribute Show. As an invisible ghost.

BP: What does the future hold for Terry Strange?

TS: I foresee that I will help police more on high profile cases. I have already helped solve a case involving a missing shopping trolley for Lidl and hope to use my abilities more along those lines, such as when Joe Power located Karen Matthews daughter, or was the missing daughter called Karen Matthews?My spirit guide Garry is also keen for me to train ordinary normal people in maximising their own psychic abilities. I don't want to jump on any bandwagons and 'do a cruise' as people like Joe Power or Sylvia Browne are doing though, no I want to take my fans on a 'spiritual journey' as well as a physical one. It will just happen to be on a boat.
